TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KALINA PALACE HOTEL

Dear Guests, please, read carefully the general terms and conditions for accommodation in the Kalina Palace Hotel.

These terms and conditions are a subject to change and refer directly or indirectly to all our services. You can familiarize yourself with those online, on any mobile device, via an e-mail or telephone. By accessing, browsing or using our (mobile) web site and/or any of our applications regardless of its platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions mentioned below (including the statement of confidentiality

Kalina Palace Hotel acts as a personal data administrator in accordance with the Law for Personal Data Protection and processes the personal data of the client/user for the purpose of performing its obligations related to the reservation made by the client. The Policy for protection of personal data of Kalina Palace Hotel sorts out the type of data that is gathered from the client/user, the way of its collection and the purposes of its usage.

The provided personal data is thoroughly protected and used for the purposes of marketing analysis and better understanding of the needs of the clients/users and the corresponding improvement of the quality of the service offered.

Without the usage of the clients/users personal data the online reservation system could not be used for making of hotel and service bookings.

The Kalina Palace Hotel does not provide the name or e-mail address that the client/user has stated during the booking of the reservation to third parties for sending any commercial information.

The prices of hotel accommodation are subject to change at any point and can be influenced by the occupation and demand during the different times of the year.

All prices for hotel accommodation in our reservation platform include VAT.

The price of your stay is guaranteed after the completion of the reservation process and the receipt of a confirmation booking number and making a pre-payment. Kalina Palace Hotel remains in the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of fraud or abuse discovered.

The price chosen by you is calculated per person per overnight for the corresponding unit type with tourist tax, insurance and VAT included. In case of usage of extra services during your stay that have not been stated in the description of the chosen unit type or offer /consumption in bars and restaurants, parking, mini-bar, etc./, these are to be paid extra on spot in the hotel. The promotional prices for hotel accommodation cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. The prices do not include a commission for tour operators or other third parties.

Your reservation is considered confirmed after the payment of the required deposit stated in the reservation form or the corresponding offer. The reservation can be guaranteed with a credit card or bank transfer. The bank accounts in BGN are stated in the reservation confirmation.

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the accommodation date or in accordance with the cancelation terms of the corresponding offer/package.

After the expiration of this period the price of the first overnight is non-refundable as a cancelation fee. In case of no show the whole pre-paid amount of the corresponding reservation is not refundable.

The check-in time at the Kalina Palace Hotel is after 14:00. Any arrival before that time is going to be subject to availability according to the hotel occupancy. The check-out time is 12:00 (noon). Any check-out after the stated time is subject to availability according to the hotel occupancy.

Any late check-out after 12:00 (noo) must be booked in advance in written form or at the hotel reception. It is confirmed on behalf of the hotel if availability. Late check-out is charged extra per unit at the rate of 10BGN per hour started after 12:00( noon). For any extra information, please, contact the hotel reception desk directly.

The parking of personal vehicles is done at underground and outdoor parking lots.  Please, take into consideration that there are a limited number of underground parking places and these cannot be confirmed unless a preliminary reservation is made.

The access of pets on the territory of the Kalina Palace Hotel is possible only in case of a preliminary request and official confirmation on behalf of the hotel.

The stay of pets in the hotel rooms is only possible in case of a pet bed/cage/box provided by the owners. Any pets are charged 20.00BGN per overnight per unit. The access of pets to the restaurants, conference centre and relax centre is forbidden.

Smoking of the territory of the hotel is ABSOLUTELY forbidded.

In case of a violation of the non-smoking policy you are going to be charged 90.00BGN fine for extra cleaning of the room/unit.

All costs of extra services that are not stated in the package are payable by the guests. The costs of change or repair of any loss or damage of the Kalina Palace Hotel property, its furniture, as well as anything in the garden area, caused during the stay are payable by the clients. The amount depends on the harm done and is due immediately at the reception deck cash only.

It’s the guests personal responsibility to treat the property of the Kalina Palace Hotel as good tenants. The manager or his representative can demand the guests to immediately check-out and leave the hotel in case of major or inacceptable loss or damage at any time during the renting period without a compensation or refund of the paid amount. The damage or losses caused during the renting period are payable by the guest at a retail price.
