We offer 4 multifunctional conference halls suitable for any type of event: lectures, trainings, conferences, team building, wedding celebrations, special occasions, and exclusive events. Varying in size and functionality, the halls offer different types of seating arrangements.

The Conference Center of Kalina Palace Hotel is situated on the same level as the reception, restaurant, and lobby bar. This layout creates the ideal conditions for seamless communication with our team at any time during your event.

The main halls are divided by Huppe soundproof sliding partitions, allowing for the flexible combination or separation of the conference spaces to match the size and specific requirements of each event.

Tryavna Conference Hall

The Tryavna Hall is the largest hall in our Conference Center. It has a maximum capacity of 300 seats and offers state-of-the-art equipment. The Tryavna Hall is the perfect venue for organizing seminars and conferences, as well as wedding receptions and special events that require privacy.In addition to the above-mentioned facilities available in all halls, the Tryavna Hall features an independent built-in audio system and a screen measuring 332 cm x 186 cm.

Sofia Conference Hall

Зала Трявна е най-голямата зала от нашия Конферентен Център. Тя е с максимален капацитет от 300 места и разполага с модерно оборудване. Зала „Трявна“ е идеалното място за провеждане както на семинари и конференции, така и на сватбени тържества и специални събития, изискващи самостоятелност.

Освен описаните по-горе удобства, характерни за всички зали, зала Трявна разполага със самостоятелно вградено озвучаване и екран с размери 332 см / 186 см.

Black Sea Conference Hall

Thanks to the specialized soundproof Huppe sliding partitions, the Varna and Bourgas halls can be joined into the Black Sea Hall, with a maximum capacity of 100 seats.

Hemus Conference Hall

Thanks to the specialized soundproof Huppe sliding partitions, the Sofia and Varna halls can be joined into the Hemus Hall, with a maximum capacity of 90 seats.

Bulgaria Conference Hall

Thanks to the specialized soundproof Huppe sliding partitions, the Bourgas, Varna, and Sofia halls can be joined into the Bulgaria Hall, with a maximum capacity of 140 seats.
